Since the age of 4, Lon Calvin Whitfield has been an entertainer and promised to set the standard. Born in Southern Virginia, Calvin grew up in a household of Gospel music. Calvin’s grandmother was instrumental in writing such songs as “Uncloudy Day” and “Let Jesus Lead You”. With all this positive music in his household Lon Calvin Whitfield absorbed the inspiration and talent at an early age that he needed to be an innovator in a competitive music industry.
